This was my first time, That I had to arrange a Funeral, Ison and Sons, on Binley Road, Coventry, Is a Family oriented Business, The Staff are very Friendly and Caring, They made it so easy to make arrangements and Understand what was happening, I’m so impressed with Ison and Sons that I’ll recommend them to Anybody,

All of the staff that I came into contact with at Henry Isons were excellent. I have to mention Jeannette and Victoria in particular though. From the day my father passed away Jeannette was at the end of the phone to help with anything need advise and make things as easy as possible for us. Her patients, understanding and compassion made the most difficult time in our lives as easy to navigate as possible. Victoria was our funeral director on the day day was taken into church for his vigil and the following day of the funeral she talked me through everything the day before the funeral and was absolutely incredible along with her team on the day! I honestly can thank you both and the whole team enough.

Thank you so much for making what is such an emotional & upsetting experience as easy to arrange as possible. Thank you to all the staff at the Binley Road Branch but especially Victoria & Anna for your compassion & understanding at this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble & kept me up to date with arrangements at all times.

Victoria did a fantastic job from start to finish and has been of great support before, during and post my mother’s funeral and communicated efficiently and regularly to myself.

I contacted Claire (FD) to make enquiries about chapel hire for my late aunty, who is from Leamington Spa. We are Funeral Directors ourselves but in the North West, so needed somewhere in my aunt’s hometown for loved ones to visit her in the days leading up to her funeral, and the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble for Claire and her team. She was so accommodating the day we arrived and her team for each visit. Finally on the day of the funeral itself, they let us make use of their office area and leave from the premises. So friendly, so helpful and professional. A credit to their company.

I cannot actually find enough words to express our gratitude to the professionalism and empathy the excellent staff at Henry Isons showed us before during and after the Celebration of Life of 'Our Much Loved Kier'.
From the moment we enlisted their help, they showed deep respect and care for all concerned from Dan and Dan, who came to help us at such a devastating time, to Sarah and Kim who helped us plan the perfect send off, to the lovely lady (forgive me I can't recall your name), who sat with me and talked for an hour while waiting for the Priest to arrive, to Lisa who personally ensured in the most professional and sympathetic way that our send off went without a hitch. You really went above and beyond.

I am writing to express my deepest appreciation and to wholeheartedly recommend Carol Brankin, the celebrant who conducted the funeral service for my beloved aunt.

Throughout the service, Carol's personable and friendly demeanour shone through, creating an atmosphere of warmth and empathy that resonated with everyone present.

In my experience attending various funerals in person and online, I have come to recognise that there are celebrants and then there are truly exceptional celebrants. Carol undoubtedly falls into the latter category. She embodies the essential qualities of a great celebrant: kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Her ability to connect with people and convey heartfelt messages was evident throughout the service.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to the entire team involved in the funeral arrangements for my aunt. I travelled from London, for the day, and I was deeply appreciative of the effort and support provided by everyone at the Henry Ison’s. Family memebers along with friends , remarked on how friendly and helpful the whole staff was at every stage of the process.
