What an amazing funeral directors the lady whom took care of us when arranging my brother/son funeral was Kim at the Allesley Old Road branch. Kims expertise, respect for Carl and compassion throughout the arrangement was exceptional. Nothing was too much for her and she really took all the pressure of arranging the funeral off us. Kim really supported me when i went to see my brother at the chapel of rest, without Kims support i don't think I could've got through, it iI will be forever grateful. sarah was also very professional and supportive too. I cannot recommend Henry Ison & sons enough... every team member on the day shown so much respect towards Carl and our family. Thank-you for everything you all did for Carl and our family.

Anna was absolutely brilliant . Anna showed compassion, care and support each time we saw or spoke to her. She was responsive, approachable and offered a warm and comforting approach through a difficult time. Thank you so much Anna . Carol Brankin the celebrant was also excellent. She captured Doug brilliantly. the service reflected him really well, and was exactly how we wanted it to be. We would definitely use Henry Isons in future, thank you.

Excellent service from Henry Ison Funeral Directors from start to finish. Everything was handled with complete professionalism, compassion and care, and the funeral ran smoothly without any issues. The team were always easy to deal with and made a difficult time much easier. I would highly recommend them.

Henry Ison & Sons were brilliant throughout the process once my dad had died. Although my dad didn't have a funeral plan I phoned their 24hr service which enabled them to collect my dad straight away despite it being early in the morning. They explained every detail about the funeral process, clearly and respectfully. On the day we only had to worry about what we were going to say and actually mourn. Everything else was sorted by them which was a relief. Thank you to Henry Ison & Sons team.

Trisha, Anna and Victoria went above and beyond for our family making sure all our mothers wishes were met we can’t thank the whole team enough they really made it easy for us as a family to organise the funeral and were extremely respectful, such a lovely team
